Return Policy



Steps to return:

1. You have 7 days after receiving the item(s) to start a return before the sale becomes final

2. Please email with your order # and reason for return to receive your return shipping label.

3. Once you receive the label print it, and place it on sealed package along with the merchandise for return.

4. Drop off at your local USPS office 


Store credit only

Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned within 7 days of your order delivery date. True By Courtney does not offer refunds, however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase. The store credit total will be credited to an E-gift card sent to the email address associated with the original purchase, less the cost of original shipping fees and return shipping fees. Please allow up to 7 business to receive and process your return.


Items must be in NEW condition with original tags attached and cannot be worn, washed or altered.

True by Courtney has the right to refuse an item being returned if deemed conditions have not been met. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted via email and the items will be returned to you at your expense.

If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact our Customer Care department at within 7 DAYS to inform us of the issue. You must include a photo of the damage/defect in your email. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care/handling or incorrect sizing

Defective Items:
All defective merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for full refund or store credit.
When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and The carrier. We do not make any exceptions to this policy. All packages are shipped with insurance and you are able to file a claim.
  • Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.
  • Visit your local USPS or UPS office with tracking number to see where the mail carrier delivered your package
  • We do insure packages for up to $100 and you are able to file a claim on tour merchandise with the mail carrier
